We offer customised products using UV DTF printing and the Antigro Designer App for personalisation. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

3. Product Personalisation

We use the Antigro Designer App to allow customers to upload artwork, photos, and text. By submitting any content, you confirm that:

You own or have the legal right to use all materials submitted

You are not infringing on any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)

We reserve the right to cancel any order that includes infringing or inappropriate content, and issue store credit only in such cases.

4. Copyright Policy

We do not accept any designs that include:

Licensed characters or logos

Trademarked phrases or imagery

Artwork you do not have explicit permission to use

Any such order will be cancelled and refunded via store credit only.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other available options at checkout.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 for delivery

UK shipping only

Collection available from Ruislip by prior arrangement

We are not responsible for delays once your item has been dispatched.

7. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

Your order number

A photo of the issue

A short description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit (no refunds).

All content on this website (logos, product images, text, branding) is the property of Tod’s Printing Studio and may not be copied or used without permission.

Design errors made by the customer

Shipping delays once handed to Royal Mail
