At Tod’s Printing Studio, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the details below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are made to order and typically dispatched within 24 to 72 hours (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 4pm, on weekends, or bank holidays will begin processing the next working day.

🚚 Shipping Method

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48, depending on the service you select at checkout.

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

📍 UK Shipping Only

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping details.

🏠 Collection Option (Ruislip Only)

Local collection is available by arrangement.

Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you with collection details from our studio in Ruislip, HA4 9BY.

❗ Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet our dispatch targets, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail.

During peak times (e.g. Christmas or Royal Mail strikes), delivery may take longer.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact Royal Mail directly with your tracking number.
