At Tod’s Printing Studio, we are committed to providing quality products and service. Due to the personalised nature of our items, we have a strict return and refund policy outlined below.

🚫 Returns
We do not accept returns on any items unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
Because all our products are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Customer input errors (e.g., typos, image placement, size, colour choice)
Uploads of low-quality or incorrect artwork

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, misprinted, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A description of the fault
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit. We do not offer monetary refunds.

🧾 No Refunds for Infringing Content
If you upload copyrighted or trademarked designs (e.g., characters, logos, or images you don’t own or have permission to use), your order will be cancelled and a store credit will be issued. We do not process refunds in these cases.

📦 UK Orders Only
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Orders with incorrect details may not be eligible for replacement.
